April Fools Party 2006

The April Fools Party 2006 was the first annual April Fools Party. It lasted only one day. A contest was help to see who could find all the differences on the island, players could post there guess in the newspaper.


There as only one free item during the April Fools Party which was the Propeller Hat. This item could be found at the Plaza.


Only few rooms were decorated, but most rooms were like normal, however there were pranks in each room.

• When walking in the coffee shop, you would go to the gift shop
• The night club music was very fast
• The Snow Forts flags were replaced by socks
• The ice rinks puck and goals were replaced by igloo furnitures
• There was lots of fish in the Ski Lodge and the Gone Fishing sign said Go Fish
• It is reported that the town and coffee shop were not decorated they were just made darker
• This was the only party Rsnail designed in 2006

St. Patricks Day Party 2006

This party was the first St.Patricks day party in Club Penguin. It started on March 17th and ended on March 22nd. The free item was the Shamrock Hat which was located in the Ski Village. This was the second party in Cub Penguin that had its own logo.

 

• The very first pin, the shamrock pin, was hidden during this party
• According to the 2005-2006 yearbook the island was made green

Pizza Parlor Opening Party 2006

The Pizza Parlor Opening Party was a party in February 2006 to celebrate the opening of the Plaza and the Pizza Parlor. The free items during the party were the Chefs Hat and the Pizza Apron. It was a members-only party.


The Free items were both located in the Pizza Parlor

• This was the first party to give away a free body item
• The Pizza Parlor and Plaza both opened at this party, although the pet shop was built it was not yet open.
• This party was the first party to be members-only

Valentines Day Celebration 2006

The Valentines Day Celebration was a party that occurred in February 2006. During the event the Penguin Band was playing in the Night Club. The Night Club was decorated with hearts on the floor and pink balloons. The Town was decorated with heart balloons on the exterior of the Night Club. The Coffee Shop was decorated with a banner that said 'Happy Valentines Day'.

• It was the only Valentines Day Party in Club Penguin
• BillyBob has said previously that 'The Valentines Celebration was not a party but more of an event'.
• It was rumored for many years that the free items at this party would be the red sunglasses and the bow tie but that was later proven wrong as there were no free items
• This party was not mentioned in the Year Book 2005-2006

The Winter Luau 2006

The Winter Luau occurred in January 2006. The Winter Luau is similar to the Winter Fiestas in 2007, 2008 and 2009. It was the first and only sighting of the unknown band member. The Night Club spelled 'ALOHA' on the dance floor.


There was only one free item during the Winter Luau. The free item was the Hawaiian Lei which was located at the Dock.

• It is the only Luau to take place in Club Pnguin
• This was the first Club Penguin Party to have Special Music.
• On the first day of the party 700 penguins showed up.
• This is the second party in Club Penguin that does not have to do with a holiday.

Christmas Party 2005

The Christmas Party 2005 was the smallest Christmas Party to ever take place in Club Penguin. The only things decorated in the town was a small Christmas tree and the Night Club was Christmas Themed on the interior and outside. In the Ice Rink if you walked up to the large Christmas Present that said 'for you', you would receive the Christmas Scarf, the same thing would also happen at the Ski Lodge but instead you would get a Santa Hat.

 

• This was the first party to give away more than one free item
• The party ended on the 25th but the gifts were available a few more days
• At the time it was the biggest Club Penguin Party in history. A total of 12,900 came to celebrate the party along with 3,500 new penguins
• This was the last party in 2005

 

Server Testing 2005

The Server Testing Party was a small party where players could try out new servers. The only thing players had to do was look for glitches and report them to moderators. During the test, items were hidden throughout the island as gifts to players.


The following items were gifts to players.


The Black Toque was located at the Ice Rink. The Pink Toque was located at the Dock. The Blue Sunglasses were located at the Ski Hill. The Black Bow Tie was located at the Dance Lounge. The Red Sunglasses were located at the Ski Village.

• All items during this party were later released in the catalog.

Halloween Party 2005

The Halloween Party was the second party ever on Club Penguin. This is the only party that had no free items or a darkened sky. The most decorated room during the party was the Night Club having a lit up dance floor some pumpkins and a bat hanging on the wall. After Club Penguin was released the owners decided they would have an annual Halloween party and thus the Halloween Party was made.

 

In 2005 ScreenHog as the only artist so the parties were not well decorated, but there were orange lights in the Town instead of white lights there was also a few cobwebs around. Along with the Beta Party and Fashion Show the Halloween Party is one of the least decorated parties to ever take place. On the Club Penguin Blog a contest was held to see how many changes could be found in the game. The first penguin to submit the answer would get 500 coin added to there account, the winner of the contest was Charze. The correct number of  changes were 25.

 

 

Beta Party 2005

The logo for the Club Penguin Beta Party was quite simple as it only said Beta Party in pink and yellow unlike the new party logos with pictures and better graphics.


The Beta Test Party was the first party ever in Club Penguin happening in September 21st 2005 lasting for only a couple hours. The party happened in two different time zones, GMT and PST. This party offered one free item being the original Party Hat. The Party Hat was located in the town inside of a box.


Only the Town was decorated as it had a banner on the coffee shop saying 'Beta Test Party' and two boxes full of Party Hats.



This is the shortest party ever in Club Penguin lasting only two hours. This party happened before Club Penguin officially opened. Rsnail, Billybob and ScreenHog all showed up at the party and even played Mancala with some of the payers. The party maxed 155 players making it the smallest party on Club Penguin of all time.
